Charleston Will Offer a Vaccine Incentive to Employees

After some heated discussion this week, the Charleston City Council passed a resolution that all fully vaccinated city employees will get an extra $750. WCHS TV reported vaccine incentives were discussed for more than an hour and whether all employees should get a boost. Employees can start submitting their proof of vaccination now.

The Richwood Fire Department sent several units to a fire involving multiple dwellings on Tuesday. The fire broke out in the area of Stoney Lonesome Road in Fenwick, according to a Facebook post from the fire department. Fenwick is an unincorporated area in Nicholas County.
