A second man is under arrest in connection to a woman’s death in Kingwood. Viatris in discussions to transfer plant to WVU

Viatris is interested in transferring its idled pharmaceutical production plant to WVU. The company is in discussions with the university on a deal that would give the school future ownership of the plant by the end of the year. Restraining order denied over terminated unemployment benefits

A Kanawha County judge is denying a temporary restraining order in connection to a lawsuit over West Virginia’s termination of unemployment benefits. Two West Virginia women are asking for their unemployment benefits to be reinstated after they were terminated early when the state ended the three-hundred-dollar-per-week American Rescue Plan.
