WVU basketball continues Texas road trip

WVU spotted Texas a big lead, before coming back to win 84-to-82. The Mountaineers Texas tour continues this week with a game at TCU on Tuesday, and another stop Thursday afternoon at Baylor. The Bears are unbeaten, but have been idle for three weeks.

Lawyer who fled to Nicaragua pleads guilty to fraud

A Charleston lawyer who missed a trial date and fled to Nicaragua is pleading guilty to fraud charges. Sixty-nine-year-old Bill Lester is accused of falsely reporting services to indigent clients, and overcharging for his services. He will lose his law license and face up to three years in prison.
