The House of Delegates is considering a bill that would place time constraints on the governor’s emergency powers. It comes as Governor Justice is strongly hinting that he will relax some COVID-19 restrictions. He’s expected to make an announcement today.
A State of Emergency is being declared in two more counties. Governor Justice added Jackson and Mason counties to the list which already includes hard hit Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln and Putnam counties.
