Man found dead in Portsmouth apartment

Portsmouth police are investigating after a man was found dead. Thirty-three-year-old Derick Holsinger was found dead inside a Wayne Avenue apartment. The medical examiner’s office is working to determine the cause of death.

Man arrested in Huntington shooting

A man is under arrest in connection to a shooting last week in Huntington. Twenty-six-year-old Alonzo Harden is accused of shooting a 30-year-old man last Thursday on Oney Avenue. The victim is recovering. Harden is charged with malicious wounding.

WVU Fraternity Members Face Suspensions For COVID Violations

West Virginia University said 29 students are being placed on immediate interim suspension for reported COVID-19 violations.
