Starting Monday, low-contact youth sports and Little League baseball practices can resume. Additional adult sports facilities, including indoor tennis courts and outdoor basketball courts, can also reopen. Fairs and festival can resume on July 1st. Social distancing guidelines will be in place, and face masks are encouraged.

WorkForce West Virginia is working through millions of dollars in fraudulent unemployment claims, while many people with legitimate claims, are waiting for benefits. WorkForce West Virginia says they now have to individually check each claim before sending out money. Governor Justice says one person is believed to have filed more than sixty fake claims.
Today is the last day for early voting in West Virginia’s primary election. So far, about 24-thousand people have cast their ballots at an early voting location. You have until Election Day Tuesday to return your mail-in ballot. Polls are open until 7:30 tonight.
Firefighters responded to a house fire in the Cabin Creek. The home on Sharon Hollow Road was completely engulfed when they arrived. The fire is under investigation as possible arson. The house was believed to be abandoned. No one was hurt.
A suspect is in custody after police in Jackson County responded to a person with a gun on Evansville Road in Evans. No one was hurt, and no shots were fired.
Huntington Mayor Steve Williams says he has not received any credible information of Antifa planning an event in his city. Williams says it appears to have been a rumor meant to instigate fear and panic.
A large rally that was scheduled for Sunday at the state Capitol is being postponed. Organizers of the “I Can’t Breathe WV” rally are pushing back the demonstration due to safety concerns. They received a credible threat that the protest might not remain peaceful.
