West Virginia casinos will reopen today for the first time in over two-months. Guests will be required to wear masks and capacity will be limited to fifty-percent.

Charleston police are looking for thirty-three-year-old Demarcus Brown. He’s accused of stabbing a man in a fight at a home on the West Side. The victim is in critical condition.

Some Marshall University employees will take a pay cut. The school says the cuts are necessary to balance the projected decline in enrollment because of the coronavirus. Employees making one-hundred-thousand-dollars or more a year will have their salary reduced starting in July.

The West Virginia Board of Education has interviewed three finalists for the State Superintendent of Schools position. Current Superintendent Clayton Burch, Assistant Superintendent Kathy D’Antoni and Jackson County Schools Superintendent Blaine Hess are in the running for the job. The board will name the next superintendent at its meeting next week.
