A man who sexually assaulted an infant will spend the rest of his life in prison. Richard Smith II was sentenced up to 775 in prison for abusing the baby at a South Charleston home in 2015.
A former postal service worker has been sentenced to six-months in jail for selling pot along his mail route. Fifty-five-year-old Michael Morton admitted to using his postal truck to deliver packages of marijuana that came in through the post office.
