Fire destroys East End home

A fire destroyed a home on Lee Street. There were four apartments in the building, and the fire started on the second floor. Everyone made it out safely. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Fatal officer-involved shooting in Pike County, KY

Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly officer involved shooting. Elkhorn City Police were involved in a pursuit that was approaching a fatal crash scene on Route 805, and troopers fired at the driver to protect first responders at the scene.

The Milton Police Department said two juveniles are facing charges after several vehicles were damaged with rocks on Interstate 64. A Kanawha County grand jury indicted a woman for embezzling more than 60-thousand-dollars from Kenna Homes. Melissa Henry worked as an office manager for the apartment complex. She’s charged with computer fraud and embezzlement.

Battery charged dropped against Caputo
