WVU women drop second game to Baylor

For the second time this season the Baylor women’s basketball team ran away from WVU in the second half. The Bears beat the Mountaineers 96-to-73 to end the regular season for both teams.

Huntington police are looking for a Peeping Tom. A man was spotted peering through a window in the backyard of a home at 8th Street and 12th Avenue, and then later inappropriately solicited a woman and threatened to assault her.

Boone County Deputies Step Up Patrols

A worker was injured Monday in a fall in the city of Nitro. WVU 4th seed in Big-12 Tournament

WVU men’s basketball is the fourth seed in the Big-12 Tournament. The Mountaineers will face Number-five Oklahoma State Thursday in Kansas City in the quarterfinals. OSU upset the Mountaineers 85-to-80 over the weekend. However, WVU won their first meeting in January 87-to-84.
