The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is reporting over three-hundred-eighty new cases of COVID-19, and five more people have died. More than four-hundred-thousand people have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and over two-hundred-fifty-thousand are fully vaccinated.
