Governor Justice issues State of Preparedness

The National Weather Service is predicting that several rivers will be above flood stage today and tomorrow. Most counties are under a flood warning with another one-to-three inches of rain possible by mid-morning. Governor Justice placed fifty of the state’s counties under a State of Preparedness.
