The Huntington City Council has elected new leaders for 2021. The council elected Jennifer Wheeler for chairwoman and Mike Shockley for vice chairman during a special meeting on Monday. This will be Wheeler’s first year as chairwoman of Huntington City Council. Her district includes Southside and Harveytown.
