Marshall’s Bill Noe Flight School will take delivery of its first plane today. Noe will pick up the plane at the Cirrus Aircraft facility in Knoxville, Tennessee and land at Yeager Airport just after lunchtime.

Supreme Court Justice Margaret Workman will serve as Chief Justice one last time this week. Her term ends at the end of the year, and she is not seeking re-election. Workman has served on the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals from more than twenty-years.
Divers recovered a stolen vehicle from the Kanawha River in Poca. Divers found several other vehicles at the bottom of the river, but they haven’t been brought to the surface, yet.
