Police name a suspect in Lulu’s Smoke Shop robbery

A suspect has been identified in the armed robbery of a downtown Huntington smoke shop. The 74th West Virginia State Police Cadet class graduated Monday at the Academy and that means forty-three new cadets will start field training for careers as state troopers.
