A Kanawha County grand jury indicted a woman for embezzling more than 60-thousand-dollars from Kenna Homes. Melissa Henry worked as an office manager for the apartment complex. She’s charged with computer fraud and embezzlement.

Battery charged dropped against Caputo

Federal and State partnership will build Milton flood levee

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the City of Milton and the State of West Virginia signed a partnership agreement to build a flood levee in Milton. The over 130-million-dollar project will be paid for with federal and state money. Milton was one of the hardest hit areas in the 2016 flood.

Fatal plane crash at Marion-Taylor County line

A pilot died when a small plane went down near Delaney Lane in Taylor County. The pilot was flying from Indiana to Massachusetts, and stopped in Bridgeport for fuel before the crash. The FAA and Nation Transportation Safety Board are investigating.
