The $1,000,000 Powerball ticket was purchased at Par Mar #17 on Main Street in Hurricane, according to a news release from the West Virginia Lottery. Officials said the ticket matched all five numbers, but not the Powerball. The Power Play was not purchased. The holder of the ticket is encouraged to sign the back and call the West Virginia Lottery at 304-558-0500 for instructions on how to claim. The numbers were 11, 13, 28, 51, 58, and the Power Ball was 1. The Powerball jackpot sits at $378 million.
