GOP convention won’t be held in WV

Governor Justice took a call from President Trump during his daily press conference, and was informed that West Virginia would not host the Republican National Convention. Justice floated the idea earlier this week, but said it was a longshot.

WVU announces abbreviated fall schedule

WVU has released its fall schedule. Students will return to campus in August, and then return home for Thanksgiving and finish the fall semester online in an effort to avoid a COVID-19 outbreak when the weather turns colder.

Six new COVID-19 cases in WV

There are six new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia, bringing the states total to over two-thousand. The death toll remains at 78, and the positive test rate dipped below two-percent.

Woman charged with child neglect

A Meadow Bridge woman is under arrest for child neglect. Forty-three-year-old Tammy Moul is accused of leaving two children unattended. CPS workers say the children were cover in sores and the was in terrible condition.
