Charleston Street to Close on Sundays for Exercise

Charleston will be closing a section of Kanawha Boulevard on weekends to provide a safe area to exercise and to get outdoors. There are eight new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia, bring the total number of cases to over two-thousand. The death toll remains at 75, and the positive test rate is just over two-percent.
