Man Faces Charges For Stealing a Vehicle in Pennsylvania

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office released the name of the suspect who was wanted for a stolen vehicle in Pennsylvania and was taken into custody Wednesday morning in Kanawha County after a two-county chase. Jonathan Cook will face charges and has been arraigned in Putnam County Magistrate Court.
