South Charleston officer overturn police cruiser

A South Charleston police officer is okay after turning over his police cruiser while responding to a shots fired call. Officers were responding to a brush fire in the Davis Creek area when some started firing at them. No one was hurt, and no arrests have been made.

Jackson County added to hotspot list

West Virginia is reporting another coronavirus death, and seven more positive cases. The state death toll is up to nine, and there are more than 630 positive cases statewide. Governor Justice is adding Jackson County to the list of hotspots. The County had the highest increase of cases over the last 24 hours.
