Marshall University is extending its ban on international travel through at least April 30th. The school is urging students and faculty who have international travel plans for spring break to reconsider. Charleston Mayor Amy Goodwin’s budget proposal is raising concerns with city employees over a possible switch to PEIA insurance. The budget calls for an across the board two-thousand-dollar salary increase and savings in healthcare costs. City Council will vote on the budget next week.
