Body identified as that of a missing man

Charleston Police said the body of 48-year-old Joshua C. Hutton was found in a culvert at the 1200 block of MacCorkle last week. Hutton had been reported missing on June 16 and had been last seen June 14 in the Capitol Street area of Charleston. They’re still investigating, but said no foul play is suspected.
