Kanawha County BOE condemns teacher’s actions

The Kanawha Board of Education is condemning the actions of a teacher and two aides who are accused of abusing special needs students at Horace Mann Middle School. The board says school administrators are working with law enforcement to bring justice for the families.

State Board Lowers Promise Scholarship Requirements
