A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting after the victim was found with gunshot wounds along a road in Boone County. West Virginia State Police said 32-year old Cody Wayne Miller died Friday evening, and 26-year old Shane Justice has been charged with murder, wanton endangerment and being a prohibited person with a gun. Justice allegedly shot Miller twice in the head after the two had been riding in the victim’s car along Camp Creek Road in Julian.
Justice is currently being housed in Southwestern Regional Jail and could face more charges.
