The judge in the case against the “Big Three” opioid drug distributors says he is not inclined to grant more time for them to prepare their case. The drug manufactures want another 18-months to prepare for trial. The judge asked both sides to file briefs within the next 10-days before he decides if the trial should be before a jury or a bench trial.
