South Charleston will offer a new attraction to its ice arena in 2020. Mayor Frank Mullens said bumper cars are coming to the South Charleston Memorial Ice Arena. The ice arena will be divided in half with bumper cars on one side and ice skating on the other side. Mullens said the city has ordered 10 cars that should arrive by February and be up and running by early March.
