A possibly stolen West Virginia State Police vehicle was recovered Wednesday morning in the Campbells Creek area. Kanawha County deputies got a tip about its location and found the Humvee in the garage of an abandoned house along Clover Drive. The investigation has been handed back over to troopers who are working to determine if the vehicle was sold as a surplus vehicle. Anyone with tips should contact WV State police.
