A note for drivers about possible delays this weekend…There will be a single-lane closure on the South Side Bridge in Charleston as a construction crew prepares for work on the bridge. City officials said there will be a single-lane closure on the bridge 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, and Sunday, Feb. 16, to install temporary cables to support a work platform. The closure could extend into Monday, Feb. 17, and Tuesday, Feb. 18. If this happens, work hours will change to 9 a.m. through 4 p.m.
