Governor Jim Justice is clarifying his remarks after calling members of the Woodrow Wilson High School girls basketball team “thugs.” Justice is the head coach of the Greenbrier East High School team, and he says his definition of a thug is clear, “it means violence, bullying, and disorderly conduct.” He says, calling it a racial slur is “totally absurd.”
