Governor Justice released a statement supporting the “Born Alive Bill.’ Justice says if the bill reaches his desk he will “proudly sign the bill into law.” The legislation would require doctors to give the same degree of medical care to a baby that survived an abortion procedure as they would to a baby that was born prematurely.
