A Barbour County man is accused of firing shots at officers and barricading himself inside a Philippi home. Forty-year-old Brianna Watson is charged with attempted murder of a police officer. Police were able to enter the house after an hour’s long standoff and take Watson into Custody. None of the officers were hurt. Watson suffered minor injuries.
