A Russell Middle School teacher is charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a female student. Fifty-seven-year-old Derrick Elliott is accused of having contact with a student who was less that 14-years-old when it started in February 2018. He is no longer employed by the school district and is prohibited from returning to district property.
