Kanawha County deputies said they have identified and arrested two suspects who broke into a storage facility in Rand last month. 26-year old Jeremy Wardlow of Rand and 22-year old Elizabeth Slider of Rand have been charged with breaking and entering. The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page said the two were wanted for breaking into a storage building during the early morning hours on Jan. 16 and tips from the public helped identify and locate them.
