The annual Winter Blues Farmer’s Market event is set to return to the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center later this month. The market is scheduled to run at the convention center on Saturday, Feb. 22 from 1 to 5 p.m. with more than 50 local food producers. The market runs in conjunction with the West Virginia Small Farm Conference, which provides courses on agricultural techniques and other topics for food producers.
