West Virginia University will hold a bell-ringing ceremony today to remember three students who passed away in the past several months. The event will start at noon at Oglebay Plaza on the university’s downtown campus in Morgantown in remembrance of students Chloe Robertson, 21, of Orlando, Fla., Sierra Mattson, 25, of Wheeling and Noah Shaffer, 16. The ceremony is being coordinated by the Office of Campus and Community Life and Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity.
