A second employee at the Kanawha County Judicial Annex has tested positive for coronavirus. The employee has self quarantined. Dr. Sherri Young with the Kanawha Charleston Health Department said other employees who might have come in contact with the patient are being notified. Young also said since more testing is becoming available, more positive tests are expected this week. She applauded Governor Jim Justice for issuing an executive order encouraging West Virginia residents to stay at home.
