Thursday marked Treatment Court Day at the Legislature, as 16 people from across the state came to the state Capitol for their Adult Drug Court graduation. Graduates, their probation officers, sponsors, and families were joined by legislators, Supreme Court justices, and the magistrate judges who witnessed their progress. It took 18 months of classes, meetings and hard work. There now are 29 Adult Drug Courts serving all counties across the state.
