Governor Jim Justice ordered restaurants and bars to close down dining room service, but many of them are still offering takeout and delivery service. Restaurant owners are trying to keep employees working as much as possible. On top of carry out and delivery services, some restaurants will also use Charleston 2 Go, an online delivery service.
