Governor Jim Justice is declaring a state of emergency for all 55 counties in the state due to the coronavirus outbreak. The executive order allows the governor to suspend certain laws and rules that are in place. The state of emergency also allows state secretaries, directors and commissioners to change personnel or purchasing rules if needed.
