You could call it a bit of a hollow victory, but the West Virginia University men’s basketball team wrapped up the NCAA basketball season in the Top-25. The end of the season poll that came out this week put the Mountaineers in the 24th slot. WVU ended with a record of 21 wins against 10 losses.
