Governor not worried about financial predictions

Governor Justice says he’s not worried about the state’s ability to pay its bills, despite a dire financial report. Moody’s analytics report on financial stress forecasts a one-point-three-billion-dollar revenue shortfall in West Virginia, and it could be as high as a one-point-nine-billion-dollars. Justice says he still believes the state will receive federal relief funds.
