Nicholas County has its first positive case of COVID-19. The Nicholas County Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management said in a Facebook post that the patient had been asymptomatic for more than a week and seems to be on the road to recovery. They urged people to continue to follow good hygiene and social distancing practices.
