Eleanor’s town pool will not open this summer. Mayor Cam Clendenin said in a Facebook post the decision was made due to the coronavirus pandemic. Staff hasn’t been able to prepare the pool to open, and the financial risk of trying to open the pool was not worth it. Clendenin said the town’s park board will begin planning and working on improvement projects later this year so the pool will be ready to open in 2021.
