State officials have made it a little easier to schedule an appointment at West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles offices. The DMV has unveiled a new hotline to make appointments to take driver’s license tests, make changes to identification cards or driver’s licenses and obtain an identification card. The hotline, which can be reached at 304-558-3938, is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The goal is to help those without internet access.
