Adventures on the Gorge announced plans to reopen. Chief Executive Office Roger Wilson said Friday the resort hopes to partially open May 22 based on guidance from state leaders. Guests will have to fill out a CDC questionaire. The resort has also developed a new rafting adventure this summer that focuses on social distancing – the Summer Gauley Loop Overnight. The trip will be limited to 24 rafters and includes multiple trips on the Gauley River, meals and overnight camping. Safety protocols will be in place throughout the restort.
