some WV lawmakers want $500 million set aside for small businesses

Several West Virginia lawmakers are urging Governor Justice to call a special session to commit at least 500-million-dollars the state has received in federal funding to help small businesses with cash flow during and after the pandemic. The state received one-point-25-billion-dollars from the CARES Act. Justice wants to use more than 205-million to cover the states revenue shortfall.
