St. Albans police are investigating a rash of vehicle break-ins, and one vehicle was stolen. Three juveniles are facing charges. The three boys are accused of stealing a handgun, a camera, a wallet, and other miscellaneous items. Officers recovered the stolen vehicle, gun, and most of the other property.
