Dozens of people showed up at the Capitol, despite the postponement of the “I Can’t Breathe WV” protest. Demonstrators showed up to peacefully protest police brutality and call for racial equality.
The group then moved to the Stonewall Jackson statue on the Capitol grounds, calling for its removal.
