The family of another veteran who died at the Clarksburg VA is filing a lawsuit. Army veteran Robert Kozul died in 2018 after a lethal insulin injection from former nursing assistant Reta Mays. She pleaded guilty to seven counts of murder last week. The lawsuit focuses on the doctors on duty at the time of his death.
